     REHEARSAL FOR BEAUTY CONTESTS                                       1:30 P.M.  -  Rehearsal for 2 years through 2nd grade                 2:00 P.M.  -  Rehearsal for 3rd grade through 12th grade

     ORIGINAL SWEET POTATO RECIPE CONTEST                            1:00 P.M.  -  All entries must be brought to VHS cafeteria before 1:00 P.M.

     SWEET POTATO FESTIVAL BANQUET - Vardaman Gym                  6:30 P.M.  -  Presentation of Awards:

• Pioneer
• Tater Boy
• Mama Grace
• Best Washed and Graded Bushel of Sweet Potatoes
• Mayor's Cup

      Followed by auction of this year's Sweet Potato Quilt and after dinner entertainment.  Tickets are $15.00 in advance or $20.00 at the door.

Other Information

We hope you will join us for the 37th Annual Sweet Potato Festival.  Admission to the festival is free.
